Leading the way in Customer service The Daily Telegraph spent four months checking up on us before awarding us their customer service award under the professional and business services category. We are the first firm of accountants of any size to win this coveted award. So we feel that our service has been proved to compare favourably against a whole range of businesses, not just accountants. What they particularly liked about us were two things:
- our maxim that says, if the client is not satisfied, they needn’t pay – and they are the only judges
- we do not charge by the hour. We don’t even keep time records. We quote up-front for everything we do and don’t start work until the fee has been approved.
Best Tax Team Our own profession has recognised us as well. We have been voted the best tax team in the UK, outside the big four firms. The judges for the coveted Butterworths award said that we were clear winners and “punched considerably above our weight”.
