Sent tax return clients Advance Notice of their Fees on 1 May. Introduced guarantee to all clients that, if they were dissatisfied with our service it was simple. They didn’t need to pay or could ask for a full refund – and they were (and remain) the only judge in the matter. We bought the practice of B J Palmer Chartered Certified Accountants. |
